Subprocessors and technical providers

Elara uses the providers below to deliver the service. The exact information processed depends on the clinic's configuration, enabled channels and connected clinic system or calendar. Clinics should review this list as part of their data-processing assessment.
OpenAI
AI language processing for patient conversations and clinic-approved information. Conversation content may be processed to generate a response. Provider information: Data Processing Addendum and subprocessor list.
Railway
Application hosting, worker execution and operational logs. Elara's production services are currently deployed in Railway's EU West region. Provider information: Data Processing Addendum.
Neon
Managed PostgreSQL database hosting. Elara's current production database is in AWS Europe Central 1 (Frankfurt). Provider information: subprocessor list.
Clinic-authorized Google Calendar availability and appointment events. Each clinic connects its own account and selects the calendar Elara may use. Provider information: Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
Microsoft
Clinic-authorized Microsoft 365 calendar availability and appointment events where that connection is selected. Provider information: Products and Services Data Protection Addendum.
Stripe
Hosted Checkout, recurring clinic-subscription billing, invoices and Customer Portal. Stripe receives payment details directly; Elara stores only provider identifiers and billing status. Provider information: Data Processing Agreement.
Twilio
Voice, WhatsApp and supporting SMS or email communications when configured for a clinic. Channel activation may depend on provider approval, sender or number availability, and successful testing. Provider information: Data Protection Addendum and subprocessor list.
International transfers
Some providers and their subprocessors may process information outside the EEA. The applicable agreements and transfer safeguards must be reviewed for the operator and each launch market before activation.
